I have cptsd freeze/fawn and they're my excuse for my shitty social life. I used to get so angry at myself for being a "pussy" and freezing in conflict because i didn't know what the hell was wrong with me but after years of looking for the root problem i found that i had cptsd freeze/fawn. It's a real thing. Now i'm not angry at myself but i use it as an excuse for being a "coward". After reading about it i learned that it's really hard to get rid of it, if not impossible. It's a defence mechanism, found in all mammals. What do you recommend me to do?
For now i go to work I exercise and i develop my craft but i have a shitty social life.
she calls if she needs something from me. Is this important?
Are her calls ever actually important? Would you suffer for letting them go to voicemail unanswered? Maybe you should consider putting her in a position where the only way she can get your attention is face-to-face.

I'm saving money to open an advertisement agency. If it works out i'll move out for good.
That's easily a 1-2 year timeline at most optimistic.
Are you already working at an ad agency? Building a clientele who might follow you when you strike on your own? That's not an easy business to cold-start.

@carnold03 i only see her when i come home from work so i'd say by phone but the weekends she talks to me face to face
