We don't know your age, situation, how much you need the job, etc. We don't know the difficulty of finding a substitute job, or if you've got opportunities lined up. We don't know if you're specialized. We don't know what steps you've taken to address your concerns.

It's way more complicated than that. There are all sorts of layers of comfort, anxiety, and commitment that usually stop a girl from bringing her sexual best in a marriage/LTR. A committed man is only going to get her sexual best if he's her best option and she is experiencing the feeling of passive dread that he could be stolen away from her.
But a girl may very well bring her sexual best to a man that she does not find very arousing in order to establish a pair bond, particularly if is he wealthy or if she needs him to help care for her young children. This will downgrade after commitment and comfort are secured.
You are also more likely to encounter fewer sexual boundaries in a hookup without relationship prospects, as they're less worried about what you will think of them, even more so if the encounter involves substances such as drugs and alcohol that lower inhibitions.

Chastity for men in the church is a relatively new phenomenon outside of priests and monkery. No ancient language even had a word to describe a male virgin, since the idea of it was essentially unheard of. They had a word for eunuch, but not virgin. There was no ancient word to describe male cheating either. For a man to commit adultery, he had to sleep with another man's wife. It was never a sin for a man to sleep with whores, slaves, concubines, etc. Adultery was a property crime.
The feminine view that a man is committing adultery by going to a prostitute just doesn't exist anywhere in ancient languages or religious texts.
For fuck's sake, throughout the entire middle ages, most good Christian men of means had concubines in addition to their wife. Polygamy was still widely practiced in the early church, but was eventually forbidden in order to prevent inheritance, and allow more money to go to the church. Holy Roman Emperor had 6 wives, but only one who was legally capable of producing heritable heirs.

Facebook has sucked shit through a straw for years, which is why Zuck's been buying up the new thing everytime it comes out and killing it or taking it over. Facebook's big marketing outreaches now are stuff like churches, businesses with active communities, and other self-assembling groups. It gives them a bunch of free tools to coordinate communications: bulletins, invites, events, committee, planning, group management, etc, effectively making large groups of hundreds of people sign over their personal data to an evil private company in order to participate and communicate with a real-world group.
It would be awesome if someone could invent a platform that did the same thing without dataraping the users, but it would be difficult to pay for that kind of infrastructure. It would almost need to be a beneficent billionaire with an axe to grind to even attempt it. Even then, it would be hard to get any traction, since most adults feel somewhat already forced to sign up to fb/ig to see their gym schedules, and other shit they wish they didn't need fb/ig to see.
It's like zuck owns the gateway to local information in the way that newspapers used to in the past. At some point most people either choke down zuck's cock, or just opt out of access to useful information.
Local events in particular have been taken over by Zuck in a very effective way. In the past, there were classifieds, newspaper ads, and fliers to learn about local events, but now it is just FB, and IG. And he's rigged it so you can't even see stuff without a login. If you want to hear about the latest Bleeding Turtle concert or the Monster Truck Smash, you've got to at minimum have a dummy account, and be signed up to one of the local or regional interest groups.
