Ceph Improvement

Still sleeping better, still stretching. My groin strain (figured out that's what it probably is) is much better after a week of laying off the groin stretches.

My final year of college starts in a few weeks. I will look into getting a gym membership there. I'm going to see a doctor about my back pain/posture soon also.
