I'm starting to believe that there are positives to misfortune. A good friend of mine just let's life happen to him. He should be instead making thing happen. So of course, misery and resentment are major themes in his existence.
Today his family got Covid. His wife is immunocompromised. The realization of one's mortality can make you take a harder look at your circumstances. Wether she makes it or not, it's time for a reboot.
I find that the healthier alternative to opting out of everything.
Hopelessness is bred from inaction.
@INNASKILLZ2K20 This has been a revolving theme the past 3 weeks for me. I lost my best friend to his wife's bitching. It's a dead bedroom and he's not getting shit from her. The guy can't even talk to his best friend until his wife goes to bed. All this takes is a stern look and two words to correct: "ACT RIGHT".
I have to accept that bluepill guys are afraid of happiness because they fear self reliance.
