She has three kids from three fathers. First daughter just turned 16, Dad died of a heroine OD or was murdered (found dead in the water with no water in his lungs).
My son is 9 I initially asked for primary placement. She fought and and the state sided with her. Just for her to dump both kids off at grandma and grandpa six months later.
Then she has a 3rd kid, who she actually raises with a different man who swears she got off of birth control to trap him. He's four.
She's not a drug addict. Pretty sure she graduated college (probably tech) and has hold higher ranking jobs in regard to management positions. I have no clue what's actually wrong with her.
I see her about once a year for family shit, which she rarely comes around for. My son sees her maybe 3x that.

@Vermillion-Rx share the site, there's a couple of books I want.
@Typo-MAGAshiv yeah, I've read it multiple times. And @Vermillion-Rx is right the book doesn't seem to have specific structure. It gets hard to from the letter P pain, patience, power and so forth...
We just had an entire thread start because @Chantfire quoted the author, and I gave him shit for it.
And as I said within the thread:
you know what's funny?
Doc Love might actually be good.
But I'll never know, because carnold's constant spamming of that book with the same copied + pasted screed every time has made me incredibly averse to giving any of Doc Love's shit a chance.
But to answer your question: I have no idea if it's worth reading. @Chantfire seems to think so.
And do you have a recommendation for how to master the talking stage?
I never really thought of anything as a "talking stage" or "talking phase". I always tried to gauge her interest level and escalate or disengage accordingly.
Over the course of my pickup/player days (2002-2004), I found that most of the time that if she didn't want to meet up within a chat session or two, she just enjoyed the attention and moved on. I also found that if she didn't fuck me within the first encounter/date or two, it wasn't going to happen and she just liked free dinners and attention.
Learn to look for signs of interest and disinterest.
Escalate, escalate, escalate.
Get out there and practice. There's no teacher like experience.
Learn from successes and failures and calibrate.
