I think this is how I've managed to be clean my entire life as well. I have passed up dozens of pussy because they were far too easy or far too slutty. With further inquiries I studied other men (biographies) that possessed the traits throughout history that I may fashion myself like them. This search lead me to stoicism, cynicism, Roman history, and eventually the Manosphere; wherein I found Glover's book.
