Gentlemen,

I have a project this coming week where my partner on this project is a "bossy" girl. This is my first time working with women on projects. I have worked with her before on a side mission, she is really hard to work with, she wants to take anything that will make her shine or be the first to present a presentation or any such action.

The last time I worked with her I noticed this bossy behavior of her, I will allow her to take the lead if she is worthy to do so, but no she sucks at work and also at presentations. Whenever I tell her that I will take the lead this time for the presentation or we will go with my approach, she gets angry and try to push me to go with what she is suggesting.

I can tell that she is the type who likes to escalate to HR or the manager, you know with current situation women are always the "honest" party. How should I deal with her in this coming project, should be strict or easy going or in between? The project is huge and will have a huge impact on my career.

Currently I work at a job in the IT field and just started hitting the gym (~2 months) I am single and I plan to focus on my physique and career. The issue is that I cannot focus on these, because whenever I start to study for a specific certification or something I cannot focus my brain fires up and out of sudden I am horny at this moment I only want to get laid real bad. In my case getting laid is only possible through a marriage. In my country the only way you can get with a women (physically or emotionally) is by marriage due to our religion. Sure you can get prostitutes or some girls to get laid with, but this is illegal and not to mention the STDs those girls have. I am not sure if that is true, but there is a saying that there are people pretending to be prostitutes on social media to get people to hire a prostitute and these people are not really prostitutes they pretend to be so that you hire them. Once you do they will report you to the police to go to the prison (1 day record), prostitution here is really illegal (MENA region). I know shocking! I am fine with getting married and having kids, but marriages on my country costs a lot and I do not want to get in debit early on my career. Masturbation is not a solution, it makes one feel drained of energy and a loser. Getting laid without a marriage on my country has its own consequences both legally and socially, the situation is complex and explaining it here will take a lot of time.

Right now, focus on your physique, your faith, your diet, your communication skills, and your finances. If your country has had a civil war in the last 50 years, fortify that bad boy and make sure you've got enough land to grow crops sufficient to feed a dozen people. Aim to put on twenty pounds of muscle on your frame. Take up learning a martial art, whether it's Karate, Wrestling, Judo, Boxing, or MMA is up to you.

As for women avoid marrying any of your cousins and consider investing in a reliable ready reference you can pick up and study to better prepare yourself for engaging the opposite sex.
