@kimsinrd Verbal Judo is handy in these cases. Look for an original edition of "The gentle art of verbal self defense." Its basis is in neurolinguistics, and the author breaks down 8 types of argument/attack and goes over the power dynamics of various relationship types. I noticed later editions of the book have a more pop self help flavor and less underlying nuts and bolts.

Humor is a potent weapon, so is holding your adversaries to their own rules.

Normally I would like to lean on the more radical, verbal and physical side of things, but that often leeds to harsh ends. Its like drawing the line when the line shouldn’t be drawn.

@assassin This is very true. It reminds me of Naval's talk with Joe Rogan, which talks about how Buddah was a prince or some sort, like all other important leaders in history that went into isolation to be "enlightened". They all did so because they could afford to, because they had financial wealth at the time. By having financial wealth, you gain more and more. It also reminds me of Jordan Peterson point about the Bible: "Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.". And the main point again in my opinion is: "How low you have to go down, in order to start the positive feedback loop?", "What if I am comfortable with being at the bottom and I have just accept it, even though I still have anger and frustration?" and etc....

@assassin Very well said mate. Anger, frustration, confusion and sorrow are some of the feelings and emotions that one has to experience in order to say enough is enough to make money and climb the dominance hierarchy. The question I ask myself is "how low I have to go in order all these emotions to be above my shyness and nice guy, so that I can really focus on making money?". It's been a though question to ask and answer for me and as everyone else, right now money and wealth is my main goal. The worst is that I notice this as you do, but I don't act much on it, maybe because I haven't been properly in the bottom... than there is again the same question... "how low should one go in order to start getting their shit in order?". Also another question is: "What if I am in the bottom, but I just got used to being here and just blame society about it?".

I am still active here and on Reddit. I use Twitter only for high value content. Same with Facebook Groups, where I read and interact with people in business groups, but I set myself time limits in order to do everything in moderation. I was off from Instagram for a 10 days completely, but than I got back to it to spy on competition, keep up with mentors, respond to DMs, and take part in again business DM groups. I've noticed that my self control this time us much better. I don't go to the explore page or endlessly scroll on my feed. It doesn't take much from my time which is good and I don't end up scrolling down the feed of Instagram models which I used to do. I noticed that I read a lot of informative content on forums, but I feel like I have to increase my book reading time more (from 30 minutes to maybe 60). In terms of education, semester is starting on Monday and I have to start on revising and going over the stuff learned last semester. Will see how grades will be this semester (I am in the 60s too which is not really good for a University student).

On the other hand, my sleep schedule has been fucked up lately, which had an impact on my productivity and energy levels. Checking and researching on different diets which will keep my body and mind sharp. If you have any recommendations please feel free to share. Sometimes I am so tired that I just want to take some magical pill or sniff cocaine to get instant energy (never done both and I am against drugs. I am just trying to illustrate a point here). There is some level of laziness too which I have to fight to meet my minimum daily goals which is totally related to sleep and diet.

Well done for spiking your grades from 60s to 80s! Hope I do the same. How long it took you and how many hours a day you dedicated on it? Do you prepare food in bulk for the week? Has that helped you with being organised, freeing more time during the week and not making you think what meal to cook or eat next? Do you learn Japanese as a hobby? Do you just walk to relax and move the body as an exercise or do you walk from point A to point B because you need to?

Can you tell me more about your Instagram account for for snap and social proof? Jocko WIllink does that with his wake up times and exercise routines. Are you planning something similar? Who is going to be your followers to keep you accountable?
