To be successful at anything the most and THE only important thing is the motivation to stay firm and keep going every fucking day.

When I go for my aerobic exercise I DGAF about anything - my success is to stand there after 20 mins.

When I go for a set of weight lifting – my success is not drop the weights . I go for high reps and the last reps maybe are not in proper form. This way I feel double success -one is that I persevered and didn’t drop the weights and the second is that I came to muscle failure and this will make me stronger.

When I go for study I set an hour of punishment and persevere not to break with distractions. I feel great when I see the watch and I have gone into an hour of study.
