@WaveGod- While at home, just before you go out, say out loud things like: "I am going to talk to 5 girls today" "Every girl that I see wants me to talk to her" "I am higher-status than all these girls" "I would be letting these girls down if I don't talk to them" And so on.

Even if you don't think it's true, say it out loud enough times that it becomes true. If it doesn't work one day, do it again the next. Eventually your reality will become what you want it to become.
