exLTR of 2 years has birthday today. We broke up 9 months ago. There has been mutual nocontact, apart from her wishing me happy birthday short after our splitting.

From the stance of politeness, do I wish her happy BDay?

Let’s take into account that her mother (which I really liked) has asked me to come over to their house. She said my ex is in bad both physical and mental condition. Although I don’t care about my ex, I feel like I could at least do her mother a small favour and wish her daughter.
