Calisthenics tips? I'm not able to access the gym when not on campus, and all the calisthenics guys on YT focus on strength and endurance over aesthetics. I just want to look as good as possible. To clarify, I'm already super lean, I just want to maintain what mass I can without sacrificing my delt striations lol

@Phontomz Positive reinforcement, dude, if you withdraw your attention when she talks about herself and provide it when she talks about other things, she'll subconsciously associate your attention (and the good feelings it gives, assuming she's invested in you) and her talking about other things.
