@Bishopsankey09

When a plate asks for exclusivity, is it reasonable to tell her to take down bikini pics on her instagram?

If she hasn't already taken the initiative to remove risque or compromising imagery from her social media profiles unprompted, what makes you think she'll do it upon request and what does she otherwise do that would make her worth sacrificing your current inventory of plates for her?

@Vermillion-Rx She has 205 pics accumulated over 12 years. Most of them are pets, activities, travel, or family related. Four of them show her body off. If she had 10+ racy pics I’d understand. Guess I’m trying to see this from your POV

whatever conditions you have for a promotion need to be explicitly expressed. If she complies, she earns it, if not, she remains a plate.

Reasonable, yes. Likely to happen in this day and age? Much harder to reach.

@Vermillion-Rx even if you’re looking for an LTR on dating apps, should you remove your dating intentions that say you’re looking for an LTR? I’m experimenting with this and I think there is a small effect

@TechNOmad You can fast by eating breakfast first thing in the morning then eating an early dinner. For example get up and eat at 7am, have dinner at 3pm.

If you’re trying to maximize muscle gain you shouldn’t be fasting. The studies show that four meals a day spread out over at least 12 hours (7am meal #1, 11am meal #2, 3pm meal #3, 7pm meal #4) maximize muscle gain. This is a good tip for intermediate and advanced guys with at least 2 years of consistent training under their belt so don’t stress if you’re still new to all of this.

I’ve been lifting and eating healthy for 7 years. I thought I knew everything about nutrition. But I overlooked the importance of meal timing. I used to wait until lunch to eat at work/school. I started eating breakfast first thing in the morning two months ago (lean proteins/whole grains (keto is gay)/fruits/veggies) and holy shit has it improved my mental performance at school and work. It’s unreal. Majority of guys here are probably already eating breakfast but maybe two or three people can try this and find it useful.

Hopefully one of the EC’s can help with this. After reading the sidebar, it seems like shutting the fuck up or agreeing and amplifying are the only two ways to deal with your woman when she’s acting out of line. And that yelling at your woman is not a viable strategy.

In the sports world, you see guys like Tom Brady and Michael Jordan chewing their teammates out when their teammates aren’t cooperating. I’ve seen well respected leaders in the business world chew out their workers.

The sidebar seems to say that you can not “put your woman in her place” by yelling at her like a drill sergeant. That you’re showing too mech investment and emotion by yelling, even though it is an often used tactic by world renowned leaders.

Is there ever a time that you should yell at your woman to put her in her place?

The professional sports and entertainment environment is completely staged. Like all people who operate on a stage, it's players are both fake and mostly gay. Unplug from television and start basing your understanding of inter-personal relations from your own personal experiences and those you observe first-hand.

When a normal woman wants a guy around her, she will do things which encourage that guy to be around her. If she's doing things that inspire a guy to think otherwise, then she doesn't want that guy around. For the most part, you can disregard much of what she says, and simply defer to her basing your decision making process off her actions. If you should ever deem it necessary that you put any female in any place of any sort, I strongly recommend that the place you deposit her be outside of your home on the opposite side of a closed front door, followed by a prompt call to the local police. If a woman has done anything that angers or confuses you, she's not worth any further time or consideration in dealing with. Eject them from your life and move on.

To that end, I suggest that you consider investing into a reliable ready reference you can pick up and study to better prepare yourself for engaging the opposite sex. I'd suggest that you get yourself a copy of Doc Love's "The System: The Dating Dictionary". Doc Love, who until his passing was also known as Tom Hodges, wrote a weekly advice column that's archive is mirrored on several mens focused sites and a podcast. His media is a bit pricey, but it's a solid foundation a guy can branch out from in RP aware circles. I'd suggest you review his advice column to decide if his view on dating and relationships is aligned with what you aspire for yourself. To save yourself a search, give this scribed link a gander to find out if his book is something you'd like to add to your library.
