I checked my privilege. It said expired 1968. To get a privilege card these days I would need to have a protected characteristic in law but it was my fate to be born male, pale, heterosexual, able bodied and cisgendered. No privilege cards available for me these days.

One could argue that being an incel was a privilege. The incel does not get divorce raped, accused of sexual assault, does not have to catch mice and spiders on urgent demand or deal with plug holes blocked by long hair but I have never heard it called a privilege before. We all know that being accepted into woman's arms is the highest validation a man can receive, without which he is nothing.

As much as you are a strong woman who needs no man, I expect you would still appreciate a man who was supportive and caring, who could cook and fix things for you, who backed up your career and who was there for you when you were down, even if that day you had done nothing to earn it. These are the nurturing things men desire too.

Feminists know gender is only a social construct and so I advise you to look underneath the social construct of having a womb, different hormones and slightly different brain structure and you will find men have very similar needs to you. Someone who is there for them, backs them for better or worse and makes them their top priority is a huge attraction for men and women alike.

The fertility thing may be harder to deal with. The clinic may help but you will still have to convince millions of years of evolution to reconsider their view on youth being desirable as an indicator of fertility.

I can see past your knee jerk reaction to my low status masculinity and see that you are a wonderful accomplished woman. I invite you to try to similarly see past it and see that I might have a point. Some tings are so clear that even a low status male can grasp them.

@Wahmyn First of all I am very sorry if my comments came over as misogynistic. I would not want to come over that way. To do so would just be to compensate for my inadequacies as a man by hiding behind out dated tropes from a time when the patriarchy systematically suppressed women in intersectional ways. To be misogynistic would also probably reveal a fear that my knob was as large as it should be.

When I suggested you go in search of yourself, I was a little flippant about engaging in some mutual and consensual sexual fun which characters one might meet on a journey to find oneself. (Well, when I say oneself I mean a woman's self, not myself because that would make me a poofter and to be a poofter would crush my terribly fragile male ego).

There was a reason I made these suggestions. Note in all cases your hypothetical consensual and respectful partner who always would use a condom would have been the highest status male you would have access to in that setting. I am mirroring your high standards. Wherever we go, there we are. This is the usual discovery when we go in search of ourselves, that and stomach bugs anyway.

You will always want the best mate in the circle you have access to. To do anything less would be to deny the goddess in you, or in rather more prosaic nerd lingo to go against the drivers of human evolution.

Here comes the hard bit though, are you the best available mate for the best man in your circle? I know all women are beautiful and gorgeous and deserving of love but a guy has only one knob. He can give them all a ride when he is in his Chad phase but when he decides to partner up, he can only pick one. Are you the best quality mate in his circle. Are you at peak fertility? are you the best looking? Do you have the kindest nature? Can you be best at nurturing? Wil you make the best mother?

Many are called but only one is chosen. The rest settle or remain alone.

@Wahmyn Dear highly successful strong independent woman, I think you are busy looking for men and not finding yourself. You have spent years dutifully chasing what you have been told you want but do you even really know what you want.

I recommend chucking in your job and going to find yourself. Go for a year to an ashram in India and get banged by the guru, then go to a commune in California for the next year and get banged by the cool guy who organises the dish washing rota. You could also go on a religious community and see if you can get banged by a preacher.

At the end of this you will be quite sure none of these freaks were quite what you wanted but you will be poor. This will help you greatly as it will widen the pool of men you will accept.

There will not be a happily ever after because you will never forget that you have been banged by better quality guys but you will probably get your husband as hypergamy will kick in and you will grab something before the clock strikes midnight.
