Yes I didn't give full details. I was amused because never would I feel the behavior appropriate for a client/customer relationships.

Especially since his customer is a softer man without much bite.

Pretty sure he runs the company. The female who was there first was his employee and the guy who got in second was a customer seeking a service they offer. So he was using his authorit to lead them to the table.
