But none of that would have happened if Kyle did not bring out the rifle, which he shouldn't have. It felt way out of proportion to the situation. This was a family issue between a father, a mother and a son. Imagine your father being killed in front of your eyes because your mom was a stupid bitch and your stepfather was wanting to prove to his new wife that hes more of a man than her previous. However, the guy did get himself killed 100%. That was a prime example of natural selection for you right there.

Some of you are going to say he was in his right to brandish his weapon. Laws are subjective to where you live. To those of you saying he was acting like a bully, listen to the content of the conversation, the guy is only trying to get his son for his allowed time with him, like the court said he should, at 3:15. Imagine being prevented from seeing your own son, after going through divorce and fighting for some or any custody, just to be bullshitted by your ex.

It's just sad on both ends.
