@Typo-MAGAshiv not a sport but "a praxology".
Yes. Why improve yourself when you can magically get 10s and then dump them without working for it?
To give you a serious answer screen your pump and dumps to prioritize less sluty women.
I think this is how I've managed to be clean my entire life as well. I have passed up dozens of pussy because they were far too easy or far too slutty. I'm talking women that tried to bang me and there was no discernable reason they'd want me because i didn't run game of even so much as try to really engage them at all and it came across like I was just their flavor of the hour.
I probably passed up loads of clean sluts but I'm sure there were some landmines in that mix. I'd rather miss out than get a full serving of some other shit
Closing down in the midst of pain is a denial of a man’s true nature. A superior man is free in feeling and action, even amidst great pain and hurt.

Yahh, yahh kind of a contradiction but I've had ONS with girl with sub 10 body count all the way up to 200+.
@Chantfire years of not getting the results I wanted
Dr. Glover's book put into words a lot of shit that I had discovered on my own over several years
@deeplydisturbed that's profound, As I opine; Glover's work is a great go-to-guide. My change was inspired by history though. I was sitting under a mango tree after a long day's labour, when I opened Acre of Diamonds by Russel Conwell, he emphasized the importance of making the best of out one's present circumstances. As I read more of his works I noticed that he emphasized the perseverance and resourcefulness as tools for success. With further inquiries I studied other men (biographies) that possessed the traits throughout history that I may fashion myself like them. This search lead me to stoicism, cynicism, Roman history, and eventually the Manosphere; wherein I found Glover's book.
