Been following TRP boards and reading like crazy for months now. Everything makes so much more sense when dealing with females in my life. I've been using the concepts and strategies, but haven't really been lifting. This is about to change. If I don't improve my health, then I won't be able to fully enjoy the life I am building for myself and future family. (Yes I want a family, kids who call me "daddy", and I want a loving respectful wife.)
