As a matter of fact, I do have a property under adverse possession which I can probe to a mod like @redpillschool .

Unlike popular belief, it takes a shit ton of $$$, fights with the city attorney's office as well as the Property Appraiser to get them to approve your adverse possession. Not to mention you have to find the perfect property and all the stars and the moon must align in the perfect order to pull this off.

My real estate idea has nothing to do with adverse possession though so we must make /tribes/fuckthebankforeclosure

@GayLubeOil I know you didn't seat for the bar, (you only lift them)... the reason I asked was because I ran an idea for a real estate related cash cow business by a lawyer I built a website for not too long ago and he stated that my idea "might be legal but immoral as all fuck"

So I was thinking of putting this idea down on paper and then releasing a step by step to my TRP brothers so they too can achieve FIRE. I might need an AMORAL type of lawyer that never took the bar at a later date to read what I'm putting together and tell me either how fucked up this is...

So I'm trying to put together a cash cow of a business which is real estate related and had a lawyer tell me "while it might be legal, it's completely immoral". If I learned something from TRP is that I rather be an amoral motherfucker with money than the BROKE moralistic faggot I've been for a long time...
