Matched with a girl on Tinder and she came the night we matched, had a good time, now she wont respond

So I matched with a girl on Tinder, very attractive, I was doing my regular thing that always worked, it did, had her in my room (I live in a frat house if that matters) talkin to her drinkin busch light, we hit it off real well, then she gets a call that her friend smoked something at a party and is now real sick, she has one of her girlfriends pick her up and goes to her, she says she’ll be back.

I text her whats up, she says shes near downtown and I can pick her up, I go she gets in my car for literally 5 seconds then gets a call again then gets out of the car saying her friend is still fucked up, I park at a gas station saying shes having her girlfriend pick her up again and she has to go. I text her shortly after we’ll have to hang out again; she texts back bet, after that I say when are you free next and she doesnt respond to that

The next morning around 12pm I call her and it rings for a second then goes to voicemail, implying she declined the call

How did I fuck up? I wouldnt be pissed at all normally cuz most broads I talk to I just talk to to bang em, and if I dont bang em, eh I can live with that, but I actually found her cool and maybe a potential gf.

How did I fuck up, is there anything I can do its been 4 days since we hanged out that night
