@shawarmaIsOkayIguess I would recommend you try audible, and read The rational male by Rollo Tomassi, and Unplugged Alpha by Richard Cooper. It pretty much answers most of the things you're asking and with tips ok how to identify the type of women you have to avoid. In the meantime try excercising, and build new habits
