I like how this site re-packages links so they're from TRP.RED. But it would be nice if the original URL were added as an "alt" so when you hover your pointer you can see where it's taking you. Just a small suggestion.

@GayCuck The context is cutting. If you're ripped at 8 to 12% bodyfat then, by all means, eat some carbs to replenish your glycogen stores--but after a taxing, high intensity workout. But anymore than needed will be converted to fat. Your reservoir for sugar is not very large.
@KnowledgeSlayer As an older gent who lost a lot of weight through keto but hit a wall and couldn't lose the last 20lbs. I began to only eat protein with little to no added fat. The weight melted away. Think of it this way, the body needs protein and energy(carbs & fat). Use bodyfat for energy. Fuck carbs, eat more protein.
