So I keep searching with various forms of sentences the same question to no avail on every search engine and I get nothing but censored or obviously misleading results, whether its on Google, Bing, Duckduckgo, Brave Search, Yahoo!... So asking here is my best bet.

1. How do I avoid being robbed/stolen from in my sleep by women I'm hooking up with & avoid waking up to things missing in your house? (heavy sleepers)
2. What are the best ways to secure your home that I can re-use & not just a one time measure? (So I can take it with me at my next residence when moving) [Best door locks, custom doors (?), security systems, etc.]
3. What are the best ways to tell women you can't let them sleep over WITHOUT triggering them that you don't trust them, as to avoid false allegations?
4. What are your vetting processes to decide whether a woman is safe to bring to your house?
5. Should you bring women to your home at all?

Little context, I'm a DJ, moved back to Europe, and knew guys who brought women home that ended up being thieves. I'd like to avoid that seeing as how I'm always tired when I get home, and staying up until morning isn't an option. But picking up women is easiest after a night working. Any help, advice, tips would be greatly appreciated. I never had to think about this stuff when younger but now that I'm in my thirties and peaking, I want to be armed with as much knowledge & wisdom from men who know better.
