That can't be real Rollo, after being asked a question he gives concise and to the point answer under 1 minute.
Also, holy shit, havent' seen Rollo on a picture/video in a long time, but he literally looks like a more neatly clothed version of Mystery. More importantly: hey! does he need a female opinion about who lies more men or women? No, he does not.

Address the behaviours not your emotional state.Your emotional state doesn't preclude you from doing 10 pushups. Do small steps but do them often.
I want to understand myself completely
This is the wrong approach. You're delaying taking action. Action overrides negative emotions. People who are busy doing stuff don't have time for dwelling on their self hatred, they got shit to do and the day is limited.

Having a shitty family, being bullied, being BP, having bad experiences with girls isn't unique, in fact it's quiet common. There a no special cases for these, mostly b/c the underlying reasons aren't unique either.
i was also diagnosed with cptsd
Here's how it works. You are shy, timid and unsocial. You don't know how to deal with that, so you go to a doctor. The doctor doesn't know shit either b/c he can't offer a working solution -what he can offer is a diagnosis. Meaning the shy, timid and unsocial behaviours you learned, ingrained and refined over the years now gets a cool 4 letter name.
You now walk through life thinking you have this 4 letter disease and that does a few things. Every time you act shy or timid you reinforce the fact that you have 4 cool letter thing. You are trying to actively cure the 4 letter thing, but this cannot be cured b/c you're addressing an artificial nonexistent 4 letter thing instead of addressing the behaviours. So now not only you are reinforcing it, you are also reinforcing the fact that nothing will work.
Long story short, pick a behaviour you don't like and chip at it until it goes away. No other way around it. You learned certain behaviours and reactions now you have to unlearn them, step by step. I also suggest you start daily meditation and physical exercise. Don't worry about girls, they come as a result of transforming yourself. Stop putting any attention on negatives (real or imaginary) and start focusing on goals progress.

Precisely.
The so-called "culture war", between tradcons and marxists, is basically an argument over who can serve women the best, and benefit women the most.
Of the two, I think tradcons are more dangerous to men, not because they are more malevolent, but because they are more sneaky.
Marxism is standing on your lawn, naked and smeared in her own excrement, waving a rusty kitchen knife and yelling about how the voices told her to stab you and bathe in your blood.
Tradcon is wearing a nice sundress, subtle makeup and a flower in her hair, telling you she loves you, and going in for the hug with the same rusty kitchen knife hidden behind her back.

@JamesSkepp It's crazy how quickly everybody started jumping over each other to virtue signal the minute just one girl showed up.

Worth noticing that the "manly" tasks around the house subreddit, which one would imagine is not dissimilar from all the trad-con vision of clearly defined gender roles in the conservative home - imploded in half a day to ONE woman making a complaint.
There's an old adage: treat her like a loaded gun. You should also treat men around you similarly, meaning unless they clearly subscribe to RP m-f/sexual strategy mindset, they are the eponymus Matrix agent and they can turn on you instantly once a woman complains about you.
Tradcons, altrighters, MAGAs, conservatives, gymgoers, farmers, bluecollars and so on. Having a job or a role considered masculine isn't a guarantee that a man isn't a BP whiteknight.

There's a difference between controlling her actions, meaning she controls herself not to go on a date with another guy and the fact that she lost attraction for you which she doesn't control. You do.
And men who think they're doing their part based on their gynocentric conditioning have no fault. They've been lied to their entire lives.
That's largely true, but I'm not talking about this. The discussion is about someone who knows TRP basics already.
