About to end my life hiatus.
#NoNothingNov 18/11/16 Still incredibly sick today although i went for my back and shoulders day at the gym (against my better judgment) had a cig, didn't wank, worked on my group essay and was generally productive. Trying to sleep early tonight to expedite the healing. Don't like feeling sick, don't like feeling weak.
#NoNothingNov 15/11/16 feel incredibly sick today, not productive at all smoked a few cigs, rest day for gym, counted calories backslid a bit. gonna sleep early to make sure i feel better tomorrow.
#NoNothingNovember 14/11/16 smoked a few social cigs, no weed, killed it at the gym, counting calories, slept 8 hours. All within range of what I should be doing.
Consistency is key, I'll have to keep this up.
#NoNothingNovember Today was incredibly unproductive. Basically rested the entire day as I blacked out last night from sleep deprivation while working. However didn't succumb to any vices. I'm adding time management and drink more water to my long term habits.
#NoNothingNovember Today was a bit of a setback. Had far too many ciggys and way too little sleep as I was rushing my essay. However, day 4 of no weed and I have noticed my mind is way less foggy. Set PRs at gym, met bulking calories of 3000. No fap; no porn.
Little victories go a long way. I need to keep this up.

Had 2 cigarettes with a friend, no weed, jerked off twice though, but I'm determined to not succumb to my urges again. Murdered my back and shoulders today, feels good. Started counting calories again and slept for 9 hours.
Plan for tmr: Wake up early, hit chest and arms, go to class and work on my essay

Had one cigarette with a friend, no weed, no jerking off either Went to the gym, killed it, but wasn't diligent about counting calories. Slept for 8 hours but I didn't manage to sleep early, potentially because I used to rely on weed as sleep medication.
Not bad so far, consistency is key.

- jerking off / porn
Habits that I will build
- counting calories again, being consistent in the gym
- sleep 8 full hours every night
