I'm trying not to judge duct-tapers. I have no insight into who they are and at what stage.
As for setting the rules to post, you might need tiered access like. Internet of things is tiered system. Whatever rules you wouldn't set up, every reject from the least tight tier rule subforum has to go find another place. MRP/TRP, askMRP/askTRP, PUA, dead bedrooms, purple pill, blue pill etc.
I would rather let, as VRX says, use user judgment to reply or not, but would provide concise guidance.

I have invested into engineer telecoms education. Fiber side of things.
Now I have found out that major player on the UK market is releasing several thousands engineers. I could plough trough and believe I'm better then them, but winning against apparently 10k people when just starting seems like it might suck big time.
I have plan to go into electrical trade from Sept and do another 2 y before making money, telecoms supposed to be either temporary or maybe more.
Any miracle solutions for me?

WHen I came around here first time, I didn;t read anything by this time but needed quick fix. This is most of the dudes.
They get into a problem, divorce, look for PUA strategy etc and at this point they look for short term strategy. IF they would have long term one they might not end up with the problems. Deleting stuff will likely work for dudes that would dig into stuff anyway.
But even then sometimes you need short term fixes and there is nothing you can do about it, rejecting dudes alas removing posts on that basis is not a good idea.
SOme will stick to RP some will go back, one have to have a will to grab a book and go with it. Hard shit to convince someone in post.
