I didn't say fat, but I regularly do all the time at work. The girls (first and only male server) hate it as I'm still leaner, with a visible six pack and a wee bit of 3D bicep vein.
I'm just not cut to the gills anymore and I miss it.
@Kloi Nice, that's mostly what I do too. I have been implementing crossovers more now though since I think have enough size now. It feels like the mid chest contracts more with those trying that mid chest line going more ya know? I like the cable extension for the capper. MAchine fucks my joints for some reason.
I feel ya on the fatness. It's winter bro, happens. I'm getting lazy too. Been dating the same girl for like month now, been on a few side dates but idk, lost some motivation for chasing new ones, she's pretty chill and the sex is very good. I'm also about 10 or so lbs over where I like to be, lifts also slightly weaker :/ Squat is going stronk tho, mostly due to newbie gains.
That was my thing with FB/Snapchat but I'm out of the illicit lifestyle so I quit caring.
You're not getting cancelled for TRP anymore, it's gone main stream. Besides most of our lives aren't worth cancelling.

Haven't been active here to much since getting balls deep in there. Haven't been as active there too much as I've been living life since moving home.
I do either bench press and incline dumbbell or dumbbell press and incline bench. Ending push days with the tricep extension machine as I've found that to give me the best mind to muscle connection; feeling the pump out of any chest exercises except pushups.
Side not, all my lifts are down 30% from my peak condition at 178, probably because of drinking multiple days a week but I'm also sitting at the heaviest I've ever been.
192 on a fast otherwise I've busted 195 multiple times the past few weeks with food in my belly.
