On My Current Progress: Day 43 of No PMO (I've been struggling with it for a decade) Back to Day 1 of Studying Seriously (Have to finish a lecture and a half, and memorize the notes) 9th Consecutive Day Exercising: 1 Hour Treadmill Run (I usually hit the gym but today have to remain at home,sunday is rest day ) Nutrition I have to be 100% strict so I get the results that I want to have, not hat Iàm eating junk food but once i lose my focus its hard to get it back . Social Life is basically dead since I'm living with a relative in a town where not much goes on and its basically study gym eat study dinner repeat. Idk im going crazy
sorry about the long wait. I realized the need some group where i can talk with like minded people not people who want to eat junk food and kinda stay mediocre

Taking a very important exam on the morrow; also completed with about 1/3 of my online analyst certification. Been on NoFap for 100 days; deferred admitance to PG training sadly; BUT will reapply the following season.
I have been on Nofap for 60 days at least - I crammed one month and half before one of my board exams and barely passed - now I am preparing for one of my other exams at year's end. I have been meditating on and off - will post a detailed FR around next year - lot's of stuff is pending

A suggestion for building your muscular endurance: on occasion do as many as you can correctly, and then go to your knees and crank out as many more as you can, girly-style.
Another suggestion for muscular balance: do pullups too. If you can't do a single one unassisted, do as many as you can with your feet and legs boosting off of a chair or stool or something.
That, and exercising your back muscles is more important than your chest.
Legs > back > chest > shoulders > arms > abs
I meditated first thing morning. Couldn't meditate like yesterday. It was shorter but hey better than nothing. Did 2 Pushups in Good Form. Studying am at 1/4 for today. Forgot to do Incline Pushups Yesterday. Will do Today. Gotta Call My Fam too today its christmas :) PMO has shut down my ability to focus. ANy ideas on how to improve focus other than meditation and good nutrition. This brain fog kills.
