I meditated first thing morning. Couldn't meditate like yesterday. It was shorter but hey better than nothing. Did 2 Pushups in Good Form. Studying am at 1/4 for today. Forgot to do Incline Pushups Yesterday. Will do Today. Gotta Call My Fam too today its christmas :) PMO has shut down my ability to focus. ANy ideas on how to improve focus other than meditation and good nutrition. This brain fog kills.

@Typo-MAGAshiv I want to start small and be consistent. And I can only do 2 in good form repetitively. I've never worked out consistently in my life

Woke Up and Meditated. Felt really good and had some clarity. Did 1 Pushup. Managed to study for a bit am 1/3 of way through. Will study and do incline pushups alternate between them. Spend less time on screens

Need some accountability and some decent opinions.
I will post a daily report here of my Life until I reach the desired point
Starting with Current Stats:
Severely Depressed
- PMO Addict for 10 Years
- Virgin
- 70 Kg's with 25% BF
- No Friends
- Nothing Going on for me
- Exam in 18 Days and haven't done Jack Shit
- Everyone of my friends and peers are moving forward and I have been stagnant all my life. Time to Change.
Where I want to be:
- No Longer PMO Addict
- Physically Fit
- Pass Exams with Flying Marks
- Have Plates and Real Fun Sexual Experiences
- Get My Own Side Projects Going
- Have Financial Income
- Have a Decent Social Network
How:
- Morning Routine: Make My Bed & Drink Water & Have Breakfast
- Meditate for 1 hour
- Study and Take Small Breaks Where I can Stretch/Drink Water & Do Pushups & Tasks
- Go Out to Calisthenics Park and Work Out
- Put 5 Min aside and work on my idea for a Project
- Will Cut Out Bread and Most Refined Carbs, No Sugar at All Except from Fruits
I can't go the gym rn for many reasons so the Calisthenics Park will be my substitute. In 3 Months, I will be able to sign up for a Gym.
