I am not sure I would agree with that. I'm not going to do research on that and I know one of the most known spies was Mata Hari, but... Women should be much easier to manipulate emotionally - this characteristics being available most of the time, while men are manipulated by sex and if you feed sex to a man he might become hard to manipulate.

Countermeasures should be easier to apply to men than to women.

You're young and we're going to be hitting you with uncomfortable ideas that force you to question whether what you'd been previously told about a lot of things can be believed and relied upon. That's the main reason governments are so hostile to groups of men getting together just to exchange ideas. Give yourself time and patience as you get familiar with life, the world, women, as you determine for yourself as to whether what you'd been taught is consistent with the observable truth.

As far as dealing with other people, the one thing the worlds religions get right is that you can't control others, only your own actions. Sure, you could put a loaded pistol to a persons head and compel them to fellate you, but don't immediately assume that survival is what has motivated them to comply.
