I know a person who is struggling in life but it is kind of obvious why. He is in comfort zone all the time, he is playing games, probably watching porn. Was in same shit job for like 8 years. His eating is like cooking some cheap shit on canola oil, then getting hungry in the evening and picking some fast food. In winter in this country you have to deliberately go out and look for sun otherwise you will not see sun for weeks.
So... how can you be a doctor, especially a man and not tell to other man- DUDE you need cholesterol, you need D vitamin, you need to eat meat and eggs.
Instead they give some shitty psychoactive pills that only crush hormones even more? It's like- they just wanna people dead but get some money out of them before they die.
Governments were organising fucking lotteries for those who take vax, but they can't even promote good food, or work together with some supplement company to make sure people have basic nutrients?
I live in a country where you can basically stop working, and after a month you will get money to your account even if you just stopped working cause you are too lazy. So we are in middle of winter where most of people didn't see a sun for month. Why wouldn't they put a minimum effort and promote basic vitamins and few minerals? It must be just better for them if people live more miserable lives and spend more money on more expensive drugs.

The difference between good and bad doctor can be same as difference between two drivers. One driver is 18 year old girl who got her licence, and other one is f1 driver.
My family doctor would never do any tests. Only things he ever did was check temperature, listen to heart, and give C vitamin in a laughably small doses.
If someone is going to any doctor, doesn't matter is it because of depression or cold- if he is not checking your blood test and not asking specific values he is a drug dealer. Oh you sad here is a pill that will make you not feel like killing yourself now but in 5 years when it destroyed your life.
