@Leaktunnel Is there any kind of trade or apperenticeship you could pursue, to bring in money while training toward a better position?
Even while you're "stuck at home," aren't there opportunities to pursue social life and hobbies in the community?
the thing is for some years I have been stuck with life and done nothing. I am 19 years old and my biggest hurdle is that I didn't get a good shot to play well. My dad goes to job and my mom is housewife, he's just absent so no masculine development. Economically we're middle class so nothing good about that. I also happen to live in 3rd world country which sucks ass. I feel like I'm been dealt a very bad hand to play and feel like giving up. My parents want me to live with them when they old lmao. Where should I start?
What country do you live in and are you interested in following in your fathers footsteps professionally? In the meantime, you can't go wrong with @Desaint's suggestion of developing some familiarity in physical fitness. I'd recommend you consider boxing training, if your country doesn't have its own martial art.

My biggest problem would be my parents. My mom is over caring and maybe narcissistic not NPD. She gets her emotional reassurance off of me as my dad isn't home most of the time. My dad is stuck in misrable position with my mom but he isn't on my side either which I learned the hard way. I feel like I'm behind a lot of kids in terms of everything as they over sheltered me and fucked my perspective.
