@AFTSOV it does seem very true, atleast thats what i heard from other guys who have quit cold turkey and came back to social media purely to fuck around and get laid, seems like a good profile and “clout” will get you laid if you have the looks and even if you dont have a good game
I have been away from FB’s and IG’s for a while, but now i came to an understanding that it may be exactly what an early 20s guy needs to build his status. I figured that with the right posts of status, a few well crafted fake pictures (fake it til you make it) and some other stuff, i should be able to get some attention and raise my social status and even SMV, since that is a very very important piece towards having abundance of women. What do you guys think? Past year i was away from social media and focusing on mindfullness and meditation, but im slowly understanding that there has to be a balance.
@TiberiusBravo87 Hmm, that's weird. But atleast you know, if you wanna do a cleanse fast, just do 24hour fast and you'll be all good. Honestly, it baffles me how people go for 1 week up fasts, the results seem phenomenal, but i can't imagine doing it myself. Probably need to be in a very specific headspace to achieve that.
@menarefine @redpillschool can agree with the IF thing. In a way it feels like a cheat code, all of my problems that i used to have before are suddenly gone. I always felt hungry in the evenings and would feel miserable going to bed hungry. Now i can hang for as long as i want so that i could eat almost anything in the evening. Also for further weight loss i would recommend a weekly 24hour fast. You will not lose any muscle, and it has been scientifically proven to boost your health, longevity and many other aspects
@TiberiusBravo87 When investing, you must always consider the money you put in as already lost. If you cannot afford to lose all of it, investing is not for you. Should never expect to put in all your life's savings and make a million out of it, fact is you will probably lose most of it.
A dopamine detox, was easily the best decision i could have made during this period. Deleting all social media, limiting almost all dopamine sources, and just working, reading, meditating and working out, while also truly taking the time to think everything through. Gave me a lot of insight about my life and possible mistakes i've made and things i will work on. Also got shredded and am in the best shape of my life.
@redhead what about weight lifting, or during HIIT sessions you do not build any muscle and it's more like cardio?
Has anyone tried an HIIT conditioning program? I've been working mostly by Bro Splits and 3-6day PPL programs but i have 2 months to cut off excess fat from my bulk, im figuring if HIIT is the way to go or just stick with PPL and eat less + add cardio
