I went a few months with out TRP and my life has gone down the hole dramatically. I have no one else to blame but myself. Today I will start from scratch and grab my life by the balls. It feels good coming back to the brotherhood

@Xkirbyx Perhaps give in 1-2 times a month. I love the shit out of coffee but its bad for me to drink even two cups a day. However I don't notice any side effects if I drink just 1-2 times a month, specifically while I'm not working. I drank it two days ago with family, mmmm so good. So have one cigar a month or half of one, etc.

Just deleted all my social media off my phone, blocked all access from pornography, also droppin weed, booze and cigars. Call it the great purge of 2019
