That assumes no real dramatic change, which is unlikely as in one of the scenarios war would erupt. But would global war change things? Or would it look like in case of Russian soldiers going to war for certain death against drones and guided artillery without seeing other perspective and families getting bag of dumplings for sacrifice [seen info about this although it is hard to say how real it is].
