@TwoInchesOfShaft Yeah the posts were good. But after a point I wanted to understand how they developed their ideas over the years. Their comments were what made me understand their worldview.

Whisper's comments were basically my morning newspaper for about 5 years.

@MentORPHEUS MRP had a guy called JackTenOfHearts who was a brilliant writer.

He had this knack for distilling complex ideas into simple language that not many other writers in TRP had. His comments were also archived on a website which is sadly defunct now.

@Guy do so, man! And send it to me also.

Archwinger's posts are what convinced me of TRP.

@TwoInchesOfShaft Whisper and Archwinger. Someone should really make a book of Whisper and a book of Archwinger.

Now that I think about it, I probably can. I already have all their comments and posts archived locally.

@Whisper What's your opinion on writers like IllimitableMen and Venkatesh Rao?

They're certainly a little too verbose, but isn't that required to present complex ideas?

Or do you think they're not focusing on one particular idea at a time like you do in your articles?

@MentORPHEUS I might have come off hostile to fatties in the last comment. I'm not.

I'm just trying to stay away from the wrong kind of influences right now.

@Guy Don't begrudge the woman for approaching you, I believe it DOES reflect well on you. Let her down nicely and you won't handicap your chances with her chick friend network.

Personally I love boning chubby women. I'm genetically very low body fat so when I'm with a woman as thin as myself, our pubic bones clunk together audibly like two plate tampers going at it.

All other things NOT being equal, what was she like in general? Certainly not-fat isn't your only or main qualifier..?

A chubby girl approached me the other day when I was on my evening walk. It was awkward and she didn't set the frame right. I learned a few things from being on the other side for once.

But the biggest lesson is that I have a lot of work left to do coz fatties still think I'm in their league. smh
