Yeah, scrap my advice. Do not bother approaching.
Just read the "reliable ready reference".
Within a week you'll be able to levitate off the ground, turn water into wine and women will flock to you.
I forgot what the firefighting term was for this
It's backdraft! You'd think I'd remember that, what with the movie and all.
@MentORPHEUS if it weren't for the pets, I'd have guessed insurance fraud
Killing someone's pets, especially like that, is all kinds of fucked up
I broke the window. With fresh oxygen the whole interior was suddenly completely aflame
I hope you learned from that. I realize you had little info and less time to act, but if you're ever in a similar scenario again, be careful if shit like that. Opening doors to rooms, etc can kill your ass with the sudden increase in flames. I forgot what the firefighting term was for this; was only a volunteer and only less than a year.
Flames were now pouring out of the window above my head, and the intense radiant heat felt like it was going to spontaneously combust my hair.
A) that would not have been spontaneous combustion
B) get a haircut, ya hippy!
Kidding around aside, I'm glad you were able to save at least the two of them.
Read More@kloi have a look at those links. Not sure how much time I have before my phone goes back into my pocket, so I'm going to mess with some other shit instead of reiterating things I've said in other threads.
Do look into collagen as well. It helps my joints and skin.
He is user "whoism3". The guy who made the "Confessions of a Reformed Incel"
Ah, OK. It's been a while since I've read that one. Might be time for a reread.

@Bozza strongly seconded. Glucosamine plus chondroitin is the most important supplement to take (at least for me).

You should change things up every 2-6 weeks
This right here is an idea I've recently adopted. Running 4-6 week cycles that build up to the bigger picture.
That and take a deload week in-between these cycle.
I'm like @Bozza in that I lift a little better if I can go later.
Same.
It's not only from a day of eating carbs like he said earlier; your testosterone levels are usually higher in the evening as well
