As @deeplydisturbed said. You can be in a LTR just for the feeling of intimacy. The "Red Pill" part isn't dismissing that need. It's acknowledging that it's an illusion (to make a Buddhist reference), which can dissipate at any time.
You've said many times that you don't want marriage or kids, so what's the big deal about replacing her eventually? Just enjoy it while it lasts, whether that's another week or two or even a few years. Who knows, maybe you two will still be together 10 years from now. Stranger things have happened.
Not sure I've read the full thread also, but that's my opinion, too. As long as you make absolutely certain you don't have kids with her, and as long as you don't make stupid sacrifices, you can enjoy what she has to give you. Ideally, you would want to make it open on your side only at some point in the future (and, even more ideally, that would be the deal going into the LTR in the first place). And if it drops, it drops.
@dingleberry299 Some men are desperate to have children...
The main problem when your wife cheats is that she is submitted to her lover, and this makes her bitchy against other men - that is, you. Children growing up in a household where the woman is the head, because that's what it becomes, grow up without limits and develop a host of issues, from anxiety up to straight psychosis.
No, there is no alternative if you want kids.
@adam-l And it cleverly exploits the herd instincts of the professional class. They all want to fit in and be one of the cool kids, so they lap it up. I never thought I'd see a 75-year old retired, very successful professional proudly say that his grandson/daughter is nonbinary. I thought about telling him he needed to have a talk with his daughter in law but kept quiet.
@SeasonedRP as regards gender fluidity, I believe its appeal to the elite is that it can combine male-level focus and productivity with female-level submission. Also, it has the gender issue as its exclusive battle ground, not leaving any space/energy to be devoted to class issues.

@Typo-MAGAshiv I expect the children that were parentified to go apeshit-crazy with this.
@adam-l mental note to reply more in-depth another time. Shit, I have discussions from a few days ago I need to get back to.
But anyway, /u/Significant-Vast668's reading comprehension leaves a lot to be desired.
