Also, the way the bottom of the outfit is being worn. It is likely a size too small, and worn above the hip bones, adding to the illusion of a Female's naturally wide-set hips.

AFIK - Women want their online pictures to flatter them in the best way possible. That's why some will use high angle selfies to hide the rest of their bodies.

It's possible for a Woman to age from 20 to 40 without it looking like it was 20 hard years, and still be almost as beautiful as you were back in the day.

They are only married in Thailand, not his home Country, and who knows if they are legally married in Thailand.
I don't know how much he sends her monthly so he can "prove" to the Government that she is his Wife that he supports. There is always a need for more to cover some new expense. He has bankrolled her various "Businesses" and has never seen a dime in return.
He gets to visit her twice a year (missed at least two years due to COVID) and bears the cost of each time.
He is maxed out on Credit, has a large Mortgage, rents out rooms and works constant OT to keep it all running.
