Weighed myself today and I'm in shawk! 79.5kg, down from 141, beginning jan/18. Time to pack on 10kg of muskle. Been starting light, focusing on form and intensity. It's been a thrill getting under that fuckin bar! Fuck #curlsforthegirls, I do #Squats4TheTwats. I also write my shit down, as I'm able to hold myself accountable that way. :)
