@MentORPHEUS So I might have the fine-grained specifics wrong, but the gist is that you can be considered to have been living in California very very easily. There has been an exodus of currency from California, and they're desperate to make up for it. So the idea is that they're going to claim people whom they believe are actively taking advantage of California's rich liberal utopia, but then just saying that you live elsewhere.
So I want to say like that they can claim that you live there after just a few weeks or a month spent in the state for the entire year. You don't have to try to claim California residency. If they want you then they'll take care of that for you ;).
That has caused lawyers to advise risk-adverse clients not to even give California the ability to make a claim that would then need to be contested via legal process. That's icky, and for what?
Perhaps many businessmen are still going there, but they're being advised to know their risks. Probably like "don't stay too long, and keep your receipts and records". So then, it can be just as easy and just as nice to go to Florida, etc.
For myself, I'm going with the strategy of pooping and peeing myself on the streets of California. They're also more than happy to forget about you on that side of it. So know the game, and play it accordingly.
I'd say though that the last thing that you'd want to be is a barely-rich businessman who can't quite afford top tax lawyers, but is coming and going, and doing things. As the middle class is destroyed, they're working their way up the food chain. These sorts of barriers to entry, and liability for the fools trap of ownership are what is getting people.
However, someone with a comprehensive network of legal trusts is essentially also just a self-pooper and self-peer like me. It's not in his name. So that is what I have in common with the exceptionally rich. We both know how to let a good one go onto ourselves and to shoot that fentanyl just right. It's all about the preparation.Read More
Right now there are tax attorneys advising rich men not to even set foot in California. If they never step over that shit on the street in San Francisco on their way from the car to the conference door in San Francisco then they can escape an entire classification of bizarre tax claims.
Interesting... do you have any more on this topic?
So there was this case in the UK in which a man passed a woman in a subway. They bumped into each other somewhat. She imagined that she had been raped right then and there with twisting groping fingers that ravaged her body in front of dozens of other people. As a result of such hideous actions they tracked the man down. He spent the next 1.5 years bouncing between a jail stint, police and attorney meetings, and court. They slandered him in the media as well.
The problem was that the alleged event didn't quite occur on video, but there were some very good angles of them approaching and leaving. The man had hands completely full of bags. He might have been able to spare a finger or two, but his hands were overall fully dedicated to carrying things. So it was very obvious that some rather intense groping simply could not have occurred in the space of some mere seconds. Then he was back on camera again happily carrying his bags.
It should have been an obvious case dismissal, or at the very least within a few months. This man was guilty of walking through a moderately populated subway.
So that said, in America there is some very real interstate warfare going on that threatens the entire viability of the nation. In particular it's becoming the case where even using the same building in New York as a woman can be a immense liability. For now we're seeing them more publicly going after Trump by using his proximity and dealings with Progressive Liberal shitholes to yank him around the nation. However, if you've been following Louis Rossmann's frustrating journey of getting out of New York then this won't be entirely new to you.
Right now there are tax attorneys advising rich men not to even set foot in California. If they never step over that shit on the street in San Francisco on their way from the car to the conference door in San Francisco then they can escape an entire classification of bizarre tax claims. Just don't go there. New York can also be added to that list of "It Almost Doesn't Exist To Me Anymore".
Getting out of these places can be difficult. They're jealous nasty borderline ex-girlfriends that will make you pay for no longer loving them. If America is a jealous crazy bitch, then New York is the worst day of her life after doing meth and ecstasy for three days.
The question is though, is there even really a nation anymore? Touching these places, walking through their buildings, and registering any sort of organization there is very risky. Once you've been a part of such a situation you aren't free just by walking away from it. You can be audited years later. You could learn that you raped someone, years later. Someone might have filed a lien against you another spelling of your name, and now it's on you to sort it out. Heaven forbid if anyone from these cesspits were to ever use the p-word about you.
Does anyone think that there is actually a way to reform these hard blue Democrat Progressive Liberal shit holes before a massive collapse? In the meantime though, these people are going to be criminalizing your proximity to them were you to ever cross them in any way.Read More
He’s posting daily again :’) Love to see it
@Antelope In the time it took Rumble to serve its way past the 19 minute leader, I watched this entire video at 1.5X speed. Brand talks fast enough that he's got a faster paste than the likes of MacGregor and Napolitano at my usual listening speed of 1.75-2X. I find it hard to buy into using Rumble when it's so damned slow!
Russell Brand is back, starts around 19 minutes.
Hmm...With the incoming replacement of most of the labor force with AI (cue to this wonderful graphic: www.visualcapitalist.com/sp/ranking-industries-by-their-potential-for-ai-automation/ ) - do you believe humans will stop being essential? I mean, I hoped that with the incoming population crash in most of the world, feminism would finally start backing off; but just the opposite might happen - people could be more vocal about gender ideology.
