Note that the jokes are mostly about women too, not really the news -women faking it, women pilots, women drivers and james bond is a muppet.
So this was the issue in 2018 with just one of their shows. This is a very moderate mainstream show. Its not going to be full of harsh sexist jokes but the wokies are worrying that not enough women are going on it despite the Biased Broadcasting Corporation asking more women to go on it than men. Could the reason for this be because there are two funny and quite intellectual guys dissecting the news and they can't keep up? Fast forward and have lots of dull women hosting or as guests. Funnily enough there are not a lot of clips of this period put on utube, so I didn't easily find a link of the current full circus in action -because its not funny. Here is a link to one of the better women on there. Sometimes they get her mangina husband to host. Note the lovely vile feminist Germaine Greer is a guest and of course you need someone disabled to come on. But this is the best of it. @Stigma 3 blond haired people in 27. Looks like its set in London, or Birmingham or Bradford ...no actually not Bradford, that's too many.
@adam-l The BBC is convinced of it. In order to prove women are funny they found a whole bunch of women no one ever heard of and put them on their comedy shows. Now there are more women comedians on the BBC than men, so women must be funnier than men...right.
Its dire. The BBC only permit left wing jokes and then the women don't even tell them funny.
