@MentORPHEUS Don't think anybody wants to be wrong. Persuasion, if it ever happens, happens in spite of this fact. Because the method of persuasion was so powerful as to overcome ego, or whatever. It is a question of how this is overcome.
For some it is overcome by reason. For others it is overcome by acting like their HS football coach.

I disagree here. I consider those I'm addressing plenty intelligent to understand the topics at hand. There are other persuasive entities at play, including the egos of the subjects themselves. Bottom line, people have to WANT to subject their ideas to feedback, criticism, and challenge.

@MentORPHEUS You are arguing with meatheads using logic, which doesn't work. They are NPCs. NPCs do not have internal machinery to evaluate claims. They accept and believe whichever claims are made to occupy their thoughts. Your strategy of persuasion at this point should be to create claims that occupy their thoughts, not to engage with reasoning machinery that they don't have.
@matamoros1917 She made a simple mistake, intentionally or unintentionally, and you responded by being a belligerent paranoiac. She felt afraid to lose you and so attempted to remedy it with sex. Afterwards when she was thinking clearly she decided that you were not trustworthy.
