Social media is now part of our lives, and only god (and Mark Zuckerberg) knows how close we are to a world similar to a Black Mirror episode.
So you either take this train, upload your life on Instagram, approach girls on Instagram, and don't forget to Unfollow them when you break-up.
Or, you can quit that shit altogether, and be the hot guy who has no online presence.

People who died are ALL old or with health problems
Sure, but how did they get infected in the first place? How did 1,5 million got infected? Not by being old. The rate of infection is not dependent on age. It's dependent on contact with other people.
This way the economy won't crash and the gov will spend less money as stimulus checks
Is this really an argument tho? Like, the economy will not crash, it will slow down, people might die, but surely not 100k people and not 1,5million with damaged lungs for the rest of the life.
I'm pretty sure if you had closed faster and enforced "stay at home" harder, the negative effets would last much shorter.
to make you think if they are really doing this for the public interest
Nobody wanted to shut down the economy. Nobody wanted to lock people up. Nobody wanted to pay the people. What are you on about. It's simply not in ANYONE's interest to do so.
Since there is no vaccine, the ONLY sure way to diminish the number of cases is to stop the transmission. To stop the transmission you have to limit the physical contact and the proximity to other people.
Again - "muh freedom, muh constitution" took priority and now you have "muh freedom, muh constitution, muh coronavirus".
After all this is ended, Corona will be rembered as some hurricanes are, people will only remember that FEMA didn't deliver the water on time or some irrelevant bs like that.
"Blame the government, blame Trump, blame China, blame WHO, just don't blame me." It's always the state, it's always the government, it's always the president, it's always the globalists. Never the people, they can do no wrong, they posses individual and collective inteligence to make only good choices.

People who died are ALL old or with health problems (obesity is a health problem btw) So instead of shutting down the whole planet, make those vulnerable people stay home. This way the economy won't crash and the gov will spend less money as stimulus checks for those few millions of people who had to stay home. The decisions that were made instead are stupid enough to make you think if they are really doing this for the public interest.

Listen. USA has 1,5 milion infected, 100k deaths WITH quarantine rules and people are whining it's too much of a hurdle and it's all fake news.
Imagine there would be no quarantine at all. Double? Triple? More?
Contrast this with Poland who has 20k infected and 1k deaths. Poland did quarantine with the exact same rules, but contrary to "muh freedom of this or that" people complied, stayed at home, and didn't rush beaches b/c they are bored. Nobody fucking complained b/c people understand that times have changes and it's priorities over principles untill we fix it.
US has 10 times more people, more or less. If you multiply Poland's numbers by 10, you get 200k infected and 10k deaths. That's respectively 13% and 10% of what US has.
Same thing happened in Italy. "Muh maccaroni mamma mia" took priority over quarantine rules, so Italy has similar numbers to US if we account for population.
I don't get one thing. Corona infects people. If you stop people from being in close proximity, aka stay at home, it's stands to reason that the infected are much less likely to transmit the virus to the uninfected.
How fucking hard is that to understand?
I get that China fucked up, WHO fucked up, Trump fucked up and so on. But 1,5 mil people in US has only themselves to blame b/c it was their personal responsibility to figure out the incredibly simple fact that once the virus was in US, it's safer to stay at home than to go the the proverbial beach and suntan your asshole for vitamin D boost with hundreds of other people.
In all honesty, as harsh as it sounds, US population got what it deserved for being stupid, but unfortunatelly after all this ends everyone will start pointing fingers not to themselves but to China, Trump, media, government, state and so on, all while holding a copy of the constitution in their hands shouting "we had the right to go out".
You also had the right to not be stupid and stay at home.

@Osiris @redpillschool This whole pandemic is exaggerated, either everyone (including leaders) truly panicked or they scared us and made us stay home for some unknown reason. In my opinion, world leaders are testing people's reactions to potential danger, for future plans.
