My first party after discovering TRP (1st Field Report) – Thanks TRP!

Hey guys! I went to my first party (after discovering The Red Pill) earlier this week, and now i’m going to write my field report! It’s not a field report that’s going to give you any kind of knowledge, but I think it’s good to share our experiences, so we can help each other improve. Therefore, I will accept gratefully any improvement tips! So, a friend of mine called me for this party, where I only knew him. Using some of the RP knowledge, plus my natural charisma, I ended up talking to everyone (15 people), knowing their names and making, at least, a small talk. This way, I made myself confortable at the party (note: there was zero effort from my friend, but I still managed to get him to talk to the people too). Being well accommodated, thanks to RP knowledge, and talking to many girls, I literally had to choose one to game (Note: if anyone has any tip on how to game more than one woman, it would be mice to share). Anyways, after analyzing many IOIs, I started to game this cute girl, very beautiful also, who was craving for me! A few minutes of talking and we went to a more private place. Everything going fine and it made me think “Wow, before TRP I would probably be quiet in a corner. TRP really changed my attitude. Thanks TRP”. We went to a room and she told me she was inexperienced and had never done this (important note: no, I’m not a pervert we are both 18). I made her confortable and we started kissing… Unfortunately, the climax didn’t last long. I tried to make some moves, she felt anxious and we decided to stop. Totally killed the mood. (note: I know boys. I should have used my knowledge in anti-slut defence, but it was a surprise. I was very confident). I went back to the party, and failed to game another girl. I tried to start some small talks, but everyone was drunk. I spent the rest of the night chatting with some other people I met there. About my friend: I kinda managed to get him to talk to a girl alone, but he didn’t have the attitude. Feels bad for him. This is it. Many of you may say “oh, but you didn’t get laid”. Yes, I did not. But this is a big W for me. I have been waiting for an opportunity like that and, thanks to this community (especially Heathcliff--, a big role model. Although he has not been active anymore). Anyway, this is it. Next time I want more. Are there any tips on how to improve?

@Beerman Thanks for the answer!

I don't do cardio, I just walk to the gym. Other than that, my routine is not very active. I read the Starting Strength guide (https://trp.red/t/gd7) on the bodybuilding forum and liked it. But is this workout good for hypertrophy? I don't know much about exercise in general, but I wanted to gain muscle volume. Can you tell me about your experience with Starting Strength and if it's good for volume?

The ultimate guide to Starting Strength
Starting Strength is one of, if not the, most popular [strength training programs](/training-programs) out there. If you want to grow strong, stop looking for a better program – there isn't one. Here's how to use it. | Athlegan

@Mumisnotokay First, thanks for answering me!

I used to work out before, but I never had any kind of diet and spent roughly 1 year away from lifting. 7 months ago I got a diet and started to lift seriously.

I'm eating 159g of proteins per day, so I guess my diet is good.

I have 3 workouts. 1st is Chest and Biceps. 2nd Back, Triceps and Calf. And 3rd is Legs and Shoulders. I do each one 2x a week and get 2 days of rest for each muscle beteween sessions. About getting sore, after each session it happens, but doesn't last long. I recover fast and the next time I workout each muscle, it is ok. But I'm open to lift less, if it helps me achieve my goals faster.

Again, thanks for answering!

Hello. I've been working out (6 times/week) and in a clean bulking diet for 7 months, but I can't see any considerable results. I'm considering changing my diet. Currently eating +-3300kcal per day. My body type and genetics don't help me that much. Also, I'm not taking any supplements.

Current data: bf: 11% (was 16% when started, 7 months ago) weight: 74kg (+- 160lb) (was 71 when started) height: 179cm (+- 5'10'') (was 178 when started) age: 18

I want to reach 85kg (+- 190lb) in some years. I know patience is key, but only 3kg in 7 months worries me.

Therefore, can you guys give me any advice? Should I eat more calories (someone recommended me 7000kcal)? What about lifting less (i.e. 3x per week)? Any other note is welcome.

Thanks in advance.
