@AFTSOV Skip the front raises if you are doing military press and bench press regularly. Rear dealts should also not be ignored so do those half-rear flyes too.
@Apollo I do lateral raises 2-3 times a week depending on how I feel after military press. It is usually 2-4 sets depending on how I feel. Each set is minimum 10 reps.

That word socialism. What does it even mean anymore? Some people say its one thing, some others say its another thing. When problems are pointed out, people say "that is not real socialism". That word means nothing anymore.
