Welp, it had to happen eventually. Somebody will want to talk politics so here it is. This is specifically for US Politics.
I will make rules as I see the need but fro now please just be kind to each other.
C: your posts from the last few weeks have had a lot more emojis than is normal for a man (zero or close to zero)
A: you're the one who made claims! I just said that your claims smell like bullshit from start to finish. The burden of proof is on you. This situation is analogous:
Person A: birds aren't real, and the earth is flat.
Person B: bullshit.
Person A: prove your claim!
@Typo-MAGAshiv A: prove your claim with specific information and counterpoints rather than a broad emotive dismissal. B: Agree 100% C: Literally 1 emoticon at the end of this post, upholds a pattern of increased usage??
A) smells like bullshit from start to finish.
B) I would hate going to a convention. I'm always surprised anyone even goes to those things.
C) you've been using an inordinate amount of emojis lately. Are you sure you aren't on Grinder?!
The GOP convention in Texas is suffering from very low attendance and enthusiasm. Donald Trump decided he needed to make the keynote address both nights to a hall with large sections of empty seats. At one point he said that thousands of people were waiting outside to get in. So someone immediately viewed a walk outside, and showed there was literally not one single person outside. People who monitor such things, report that one consistent pattern held up: When the GOP convention arrived in town, the local Grindr app crashed under a huge demand surge.
@MentORPHEUS The exchange rate is a fundamental indicator of conditions in a country; it's the opposite of cherry picking. Be wary of the moralistic fallacy when considering reports about the Iran situation. Iran is in really bad shape. Would be nice if all this would end soon.
The exchange rate is a fundamental indicator of conditions in a country; it's the opposite of cherry picking.
A rats nest of presumptions underlying this statement. That currencies aren't manipulated by the bankster and Globalist class, and that the present Western economic system's present valuation of the Rial's exchange worth isn't affected by the same Globalist class imposing decades of sanctions and trade restrictions, including outright theft of trillions in Iran's wealth.
BRICS and the SCO are poised to take most of the world's countries and currencies off the board away from where the Western elite dominated monetary system has long played them..
Would be nice if all this would end soon.
Literally all the wars of my Adult life going back to the 80s, I've been told by partisan gob slobberers that "This is going to be quick! President is just gonna go in there, and kick some ASS! Country is gonna be a cake walk. We're gonna be in and out of there!!! America has been in Iran's business and borders, since 1953 when my Dad was just a little kid.
Read More@MentORPHEUS The Rial to dollar exchange rate is over 2.2 million per $1. 10 year treasuries are below 5%. The Strait of Hormuz isn't all that important now and will be less so going forward. I have many questions about what is going on and how things are being handled, but Iran isn't kicking anyone's ass.
@SeasonedRP The current exchange rate of the Rial seems like cherry picking the metric most favorably considerable. Try measuring 5KUSD Iranian missile vs 2x 1.5 million$ Patriot interceptor game iterated 500-2,000 rounds.
Iran appears to have kicked America's boastful and overconfident ass last night in Jordan. Footage shows new generation IRGC missiles raining down on US bases where high end aircraft are stationed, and MIC enriching Interceptors getting impotently fired against them in numbers that will require years and yet another 8 figure mid fiscal year infusion into the Pentagon budget to replenish.
The so called US Naval blockade has gotten pushed to an even greater and less effective distance from the strait, with the only advantage of shortening the supply lines.
Military commentators are saying that the US military has gotten pushed out of many of our bases around the middle east, and will never return to most of these.
The strategic petroleum reserves have gotten drawn down to the point of permanent damage to the salt caverns, with no end to the conflict in sight to keep US retail fuel prices artificially low.
Bond yields are wavering and set to further complicate the sustainably of the 40 trillion dollar US debt.
Bottom line, the United States is speed running the end of our post WWII days in the world hegemon sun. 1929 is going to look like a hiccup compared to the dark years ahead.
