I like to use a 15 deg angle, much easier to get setup with the dbs than when going flat.
Might have to give that a go, last time I was pushing heavier weights I was having issues properly setting up, despite the fact I could push the weight.
@Kloi Noice bro! Did the same yesterday, going for a strength bump so increased weight lower reps. 3 sets with 80s, 6 6 and 5 then the pec dec. A week ago I was at 5 reps with em dropping to 4 by the last set, progress :D Creeping towards those 100s, bit by bit XD I like to use a 15 deg angle, much easier to get setup with the dbs than when going flat.
@AFTSOV True, but I think I did a pretty damn good job of hiding the bodies ;D And my meth side business is well laundered and not traceable to me. Worst case, I'll just flee to south america. Got some guys on the inside on the payroll so I'll have a bit of early warning JIC
