@FAWK That's the problem. I am physically having a problem with eating enough food, I can really only eat 2 decent meals a day until I am forcing myself to eat and thinking about every bite. Already doing creatine.

Anyone have any clean bulking tips? I have a hard time achieving surplus, to the point now that I am actually decreasing in strength months after the newbie gain period.

@Jzekyll And apparently lanky white eboys are all the rage. I sincerely doubt either are taking up all the women, especially in europe. If you need to console yourself, you said yourself most of these relationships are abusve. No love lost lol. Sounds like you need to follow the advice others are giving you here.

@SwallowMyPill Generally, boxing, jiu jitsu or Muay Thai. All provide a great workout, fun, and practicality. I cant answer for one over the other but if you dont feel like being thrown or throwing others around, stick to boxing.

@Crownofstars Yeah, I can’t disagree with most of that. Except most guys from redpill comes from the strangest environments where everybody in their lives are characters from an episode of euphoria. Don’t doubt the stories of women living double lives but where I’m from the “trad” women just don’t exist.

I very often see the three problems of christian men because there is no “trad” women for them. A priest even admitted to me that when he meets with someone religious he worried that there isn’t someone for him. Pretty sad cycle for these guys.

@SeasonedRP Biggest point of contention is sex. The modern dating world defines relationships with sex and so does redpill. Spinning a plate involves having sex. Of course this doesn't mesh with Christian ideas well. The modern church and Christianity does play into the hand of "men are dumb and women deserve all forgiveness" unfortunately. Keeping a plate or ltr invested/concerned by flaunting your prowess to other women is another grey area, depending on how much you play into it. I guess more tradition branches are better, despite the meme of the 30 year old woman finding Jesus after 10+ years of fun, they don't exist much in traditional sects. The women there would wear veils to church and be married by 25 with kids and a plan for at least four more.

@Aging-Chad True enough, results do vary but I'd argue its a necessary step for any beginner. Good place to practice with attractive women while you are in the zone.

What is the manosphere's gripe with hitting on girls in the gym? Of course not during mid set and that some men want to be in and out for the gym. Most of us feel in our top element there, so why not chat up some ladies when they're wrapping up?

All the women(?) on this site are nuts. Always come here to grandstand something to an unreceptive audience.
