This is lind of a rant, but also a question about overall mental health..... So, I am a PGY 1 Surgical Resident here in Latin America; yesterday during a case I was thrown out of it because my attending said I was goddam slow; I wasn't even allowed to perform advanced procedures during the case, maybe because I havent done as many myself.
I am feeling pretty low right now, I feel that I should maybe quit residency.... I feel like I have fallen behind in competency; just think I am not good enough, that I ought to study a fuck ton more
Just a thought, I mean; how can I stop feeling like shit all the time?

Or do you mean "along the road" as in "sometime"? If that's what you meant, I mean, that's entirely up to you. One of my exes was a great fuck, but gave lousy head. I was fine with just fucking. For some dudes, that may have been a dealbreaker, but I was OK with it.

Receiving unprompted offers can be a ego boost in the moment, but I'd otherwise agree that guys in relationships should generally be concerned if she's no longer showing sexual interest in them. How far they should be concerned would probably depend on what sort of relationship the couple has though.
