@Django a few things that have helped me, even back when I was younger and a major pussy addict

1) isolate yourself for a few days and just read, and not about sex or intersexual relationships

2) if you're fixing to go somewhere that you know you'll face tempting distractions, such as a gym full of hot chicks showing their asses while pretending to work out, jerk off before you leave to lessen the urges while you're there. Don't become an obsessed coomer who can't go more than a few hours without cooming, but don't become one of those #NoFap weirdos either. Balance and moderation are key. Porn and jerking off are tools that have their proper use, but like any tool, can be misused and abused.

3) What kind of goals do you have currently, short-term, mid-range, and long-term? Write some down on an index card and carry it with you. Take it out and look at it occasionally, especially if you find yourself getting distracted. Think to yourself as you look at it, "is what I'm doing right now going to bring me closer to these?"
